Sent my Karma and to "[email protected]" for repair. Neither the device, nor the cash was returned and emails were ignored. I have reported this person to the local police. Buyer beware!!

I saw this repair offer on Ebay initially & after establishing contact, describing the problem and generally buikding a rapport with the vendor, a Mr. David Daniel, I sent an mp3 to this guy for repair in Summer 2010 and all went well. In 2012 I contacted him again about a 2nd repair and after agreeing a price etc. sent it off and like the 1st person never had any further contact despite many attempts to do so by phone & email. Didn't know what to think - if he'd just nicked the mp3 player, then felt bad and wondered if he had maybe died or something.......I guess if he was still doing the same thing a year later, my 1st guess was correct!
