Need to get a qualified tech out to reload the software for the NVRAM or you control board and or the NVRAM is corrupt. Software for Circuit board and NVRAM is only available via a secure web site. Not a easy fix and can be quite expensive. Sorry recommended you also get a really good surge protector not some 19.99 special.

hi piz Error code P9 and P21 appears on screen and when printing or photocopying using color black, blank copies are outputed

C6103 - Scanner overrun failure
The Scanner Home Sensor detects the Scanner at its home position during a period of time that begins with the time when a prescan command
and a scan preparation command are executed and ends when a home return command is executed.

It's been a while since you posted that but you may just need to slide it back out and shake it back and forth (long ways) a few times. We had the same problem and the konica minolta tech told us to do that. It worked. DO NOT turn it upside down though.

i think that your fax is not set up right, or maybe the machine is missing admin and machine e-mail address, that can cause too this problem.
