Dear RyanVa21; Try changing the picture size with your set's remote, press the aspect ratio button. The remote must be the original Panasonic remote. Please let me know if that did it.
It's hard to say without seeing a picture. Panasonic has a site with pictures of various Plasma symptoms and the board that will cause that problem. Go to:
