The Acer Explorer app on my new laptop crashes. It loads for about 10 or 12 seconds, displays a number of apps on the screen which then disappear. If I scroll back to the Explorer app it goes through the same process again. Trying to get help on the Acer website is a painful experience.
Its not painless.

Why don't you just uninstall it? look up youtube on how to uninstall/reinstall.

i think your ie6 corrupt or infacted by malware.
reset it in internet option in conrol panel.
try to remove it from con.pan. in add remove windo compo.
then install it as same u remove.
then your pro is solved

You may have picked up a virus with this download. Scan your computer with an anti-virus program (AVG has a good free version of it's program). and hope it finds something to eliminate. That's one of the pitfalls of downloading free programs from the internet. Download the AVG program from MajorGeeks.com. I've never been burned with any of their downloads.

Try checking what addons are running in IE, it could be a Software conflict , aslo update flash/java/shockwave
