That is a shame. Go to settings and make certain that wi-fi is on. Then let the tablet rest near the router. Allow the tablet rest for awhile, , then after some 10-15 minutes take a look at your mail. All the best Kolbrun

Trying to print from my iPad, it was working now it won’t print

There must be a bad connection between the iPad an the wireless connection. Try setting up the printer again on the WiFi. Check where the printer plugs in to the wall. If it still won't print call your internet provider or support about it.

I don'tsee what i just purchased. 2 ganes I alredy have won"t run now. on occasioun it tells me i have no connection-not possible Please help me

it is possible, just because you are connected wirelessly, doesn't mean that you are connected to the internet, you ARE ONLY CONNECTED TO YOUR MODEM,unplug your modem from the internet and power for 30 seconds then plug in the internet wire then power and let it reboot, then see how the connection is.if you have more things connected to the modem, either wirelessly(like laptop) or wired(like xbox or tv),they will use your bandwidth which will cause connection errors on a tablet

My bluetooth won't connect

you should make sure you are hooked up to a phone or computer and it will work much better. and if that doesn't work make sure the person your talking to has phone service. and if all else fails go to good old texting.
