Check this site out for the information on setting up your MMS.

http://tmobileuspublic.wdsglobal.com/phonefirst?countryId=37&bearerId=5&networkId=90&contractId=235&captchaEnabled=true&manufacturerId=9&step=phone.vm&selectManufacturerId=9&phoneId=1828

After flashing my ROM I had to manually enter this information. It populated on it's own, the information was incorrect.

GPRS/MMS settings on HTC P3400i for vodafone postpaid connection

After browsing a lot of sites and experimenting with the settings finally I was able to configure my HTC P3400i with Vodafone Live support without any help from the Vodafone customer care (who were very bad and rude when I called them for getting the setting). The settings is working fine for me in Bangalore. Hope this helps all who bought this phone and struggling for getting the GPRS setting for HTC P3400i.

Below is the step by step instruction:
Step 1
Start->Settings->Connections->Tasks->Add a new modem connection:

Enter a name for the connection:
<give any name>

Select a modem:
Cellular Line(GPRS)

click next

Acess point name:

Go to Advanced->TCP/IP
select radio button "Use server-assigned IP address"

Go to Advanced->Servers
select radio buttion "Use server-assigned address"

Step 2
Start->Settings->Connections->Tasks->add proxy setting

Select "This network connects to the Internet"
Select "This network uses a proxy server to connect to the Internet"

Click "Advanced" button
Tap on HTTP

Tap on WAP

HTC S620 Email Notification

Hi There, I think if you are using a web based mail - like Yahoo - it will not count these inputs or outputs - do you really want it to? I have 6500 unopened emails on my desktop system! If you can access email and web you are doing fine! Brian - a learner on this like you- share notes!

Mms messages

MMS messages are transmitted via the Voice and Data networks of your service provider. When you receive notification of a new MMS, this is through the Voice network, and requires no specific configuration. In order to download and view the message, you must have the correct settings for the Data connection with your service provider. Vodacom's network settings vary depending on your cellular plan setup. You should contact Vodacom for instructions on setting up your device for Data based connections.
