Keeping in mid... These cars also had CUSTOM WHEELS
(IN addition to the standard zinc lug-nuts
MANY others were CHROME-PLATED
"domed"
"acorn" and mag-wheel nuts (also "chromed").

LUG NUTS CAN BE REPLACED.TAKE ONE LUG NUT WITH YOU TO ANY AUTO PART STORES. AND THE SALES PERSON CAN FIND WHAT THREAD SIZE AND LUG NUT SIZE YOU NEED.NOW IF LUG NUT STUDS BREAK OR STRIP YOU CAN BUY A TOOL TO PRESS OUT STUDS FROM THE ROTORS.CHECK ALL AUTO PART STORES FOR THE STUD PRESS OUT TOOL.IF YOU DONT FIND ONE.SNAP ON TOOLS OR MAC TOOLS WILL HAVE THAT TOOL.
not sure what your asking,if your looking for wheel stud dimensions, or if your looking to install new wheels and want the wheel bolt pattern size,if your ordering wheels it will state what will fit yours.
I believe that is a 5x4.5 in pattern. To be sure take a tape measure and measure from the edge of one lug to the center of one of the opposite lugs. the bolt pattern is then in the format of (number of lugs x measurement between them) so in your case it will be a 5x(measurement)
Very, very difficult re-threading an engine block. Not impossible, but very difficult and not usually performed by the DIY. That said take one of your spark plugs down to your nearest hardware store, one that sells loose nuts & bolts. Try screwing the spark plug into nuts of the proper size until you "match" the thread pattern. Do be afraid to ask for assistance from one of the experienced clerks (its free). The matching thread pattern on the nut will tell you the proper thread size. There are at least a couple different thread sizes and patterns. You may or may not be able to get th tool to clean the threads at the same location. My guess is that they will have the smaller sizes, and you may need to find a more specialized store to find the larger size tools.
