Many times when a coffee machine is not working properly, it needs to be cleaned. Pour 1/2 & 1/2 White vinegar and water into machine as if you making the coffee, and turn machine on. It make two treatments t clean out the machine. You can then use some baking soda in water to neutrlize the vinigar.

I have a PSTX Series of Mr. Coffee and the clean light is on. I have cleaned the coffee machine and light still won't go out. I even unplugged it for awhile and it still comes on after I make a pot of...

Had the same issue. You have to let it run a cleaning cycle before before the light goes off. Turn machine off, empty pot, add 4 cup cleaning solution and hit the clean button (not the brew button). Let it go through this slow cycle like it says in the manual and it should reset itself.

Water in grounds container

The coffee solenoid valve return side is blocked from dry coffee. You can use cleaning tublets to clean some times the coffee group. With this it might be unblocked if not then you should remove it and clean it with warm water

Capresso s8 weak coffee

You should probably run a cleaning cycle with a cleaning tablet (the one you drop into the ground coffee shoot, not a decalcifying tab).
This will clean out all the insides where coffee particles and oil can accumulate.
The machine will ask you to run a cleaning cycle after a certain number of cups brewed. But you can also manually start it.

(this is copied from the manual)

You can run a tablet cleaning cycle at anytime even if
the machine does not prompt you,
• READY. Push and hold the Rinse button until display shows
RINSE. The Dial illuminates.
• Turn the Dial until display shows CLEANING. Push the Dial.
Display shows EMPTY DRAWER.
(Follow the rest of instructions for regular cleaning cycle)

Leak

if you clean your brew unit and coffee lines infrequently you're coffee may taste differently when you do get around to cleaning them.

If you are not happy with the taste, I would receommend the following steps
1. A Good Descale (See our article here for on Descaling your Coffee Machine for details) - This will remove excess mineral build up.
2. Try a Saeco Cleaning Tablet in your brew unit - this will remove excess organic build up (Coffee and Grease)
3. Use only filtered water
4. Rinse your brew unit every time you empty your coffee dreg drawer

That should bring your machine back to optimal coffee making condition. If you are still not happy, try some different coffee blends for a while - a change can be as good as a holiday

I need to clean my coffee maker and i have no idea how to.

Beleve it or not, if you want to clean a clogged coffee machine, add to the well a cup of white vinegar (inside the water reservoir), with no water, and let it work to percolate the vinegar. The fumes are bad but it will unclog the filtering. Be sure to put water (no coffee) and percolate with no coffee at least 3 times and you have a clean coffee machine.
