Connect it to your computer and the install the software of the manufacturer, allowing you to connect your tablet to your computer and taking the lock off of your tablet. I hope this helped you!

its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr
The only way to remove this if you don't have it re-registered to your own google account yet is to do a hard reset switch off the tablet in the normal way then switch it back on by holding down the power button and the volume up at the same time and choose factory reset this will unfortunately lose all your data but I'm guessing it wasn't your data anyway lol
If your tablet have SIM card 3G support then you can download and use whatsapp. However, if your tablet supports only wifi then the application will not work. The reason being that whatsapp use your phone number instead of your email id. I hope this solve your problem. :)
