Our arctic air freezer blinks
Can you look to see if the fan below your refrigerator is blowing a strong steady flow of warm air. Sounds like you either have a fan problem or an obstruction blocking air flow to the condenser. This will cause the refrigerator to stop cooling. What is the model number? Thanks Sea Breeze

WHY LIEBHERR FREEZER INDICATOR IS BLINKING.

Call for service. Try cleaning condenser fins of accumulated dust.

It may need refrigerant gas.

This can be caused by: - warm, fresh food being placed in the freezer, - too much warm air from the outside entering when re-arranging or removing frozen food, - a fault in the appliance. The temperature display will continue to flash until the cause of the alarm has been rectified.

I have a Defy dff417 side by side fridge / freezer model and the display flashes a code E4. Can someone help me?

E4 error code on a Defy Refrigerator is a indication that there is something wrong with the air movement inside the freezer compartment.

REASON for code
The freezer has made too much ice and is now all frozen-up or
it could be that freezer system is low on refrigerant (gas)

Possible Causes
1. The freezer door wasn't closed properly - just closed enough to switch off "door open" alarm and open enough to let moisture in - resulting in over condensation on condenser.
2. Abnormal high open and closing of freezer door.
4. Defrosting Element not heating - therefore not melting the ice - buildup
5. Pc control panel has gone on the blink
6. Refrigerant tubs has rusted causing a gas leak.

I hope this has helped you to make a more informed decision about your next step.

Arctic freezer where are the coils

Some freezers don't operate with coils. If you search for that on google you might be able to find the parts manual. Your other option, assuming it is broken, is to find a replacement. http://www.refrigerationice.com/Services.html
