My keb combivert f5 ser- no. 02292642/0450840 art-no.12.f5.b1d-3aoa is faulty due to operational error, i want to reprogram it so that it can function very well so please l need a programming manual and how to set the parameters.

KEB Error "E. OP"
ERROR overpotential (voltage)
1 Voltage in the DC-link cicuit is too high.
Occurs if the DC-link circuit voltage exceeds the permisible value.
Causes:
- poor controller adjustment (overshooting)
- input voltage too high
- interference voltages at the input
- deceleration ramp to short
- braking resistor defective or too small

Given the very technical nature of the KEB, I lean toward referring to the manufacturer's support. If using bus communications (Can, ProFi, Mod, ext), there may be a communications command (Software signal) that is not being provided. Hardware and software enable signal required to obtain LS.

Possible that the terminal on the control card is bad due to miss connection or signals outside of the rated value.

The KEB inverter does not have a "COM" error.

Where is this error being displayed?

Check your inverter baud rate, inverter address, communications cables and device that is being used to communicate.

Verify that the cooling fans are operational and that the heatsink is actually hot to the touch.

If the heatsink is not hot to the touch there is perhaps a problem with the temp. sensors in the inverter.

If the inverter is not displaying an error but the CANbus system is showing an error, the problem is with the communications.

Could be a faulty CANbus system, operator in the inverter or possible EMI issue.
