I am in the process of replacing an existing refrigerator (buying a house), but I don't have the dimensions (and the spot is surrounding by cabinets). I need to get the exact specs on the Kenmore Coldspot model# 59507992 Side-by-Side refrigerator, so I can purchase a replacement (updated) that will fit into its space.

There's a zillion makes and models of refrigerators with new one's coming on the maket all the time.
There is no standard fridge manufacturers must follow.
When I find a bad machine, and the customer want's to replace with new, I advise them to take the width and height of their opening before shopping, or be willing to remodel.
Best advice I can give you is plan the refrigerator opening for the worse case scenario on all your rentals.
As a general rule, refrigerators are becoming larger, and probably will continue that trend.
