I have slightly different model. Tried the remove the top option. It turned out the the drawer assembly had removable top, removed to two screws that held the assembly in place, uncliped e front assymply drawer handle and cleaned out the soap deposits. Soap build up under dispenser parts had caused the problem. It seems like running the machine a few times might have cleared the soap.

Sounds like the paper lifting plate for the bottom drawer hasn't lowered. The only way I know of to correct this is by removing the paper pick-up assembly. It's very easy. Open up the right lower door and you will see the paper pick-up assemblies. All you have to do is remove the two left screws. On the right side remove the cover. Then unplug the yellow wires under that same cover. Remove the single screw as well. The pick-up assembly should come out and the plate should drop. Make sure that the plate is free by lifting it and it should drop. This plate is not part of the paper pick-up assembly but is in the slot you've created by removing the assembly. If this is OK then replaced the paper pick-up assembly by reversing he procedure to remove it. As for the other drawer it may be a little harder. Possibly trying to loosening it and/or removing the paper assembly may help. It would be very difficult to help you without being there to see what is hanging the drawer up. The rod has to be inserted inside the front of the assembly. Take the assembly out, flip it over, and look for the small spaces on either side of the front of the assembly. Slide the rod in.

This problem has just started popping up for me as well.  I believe that the problem is in the dispenser assembly where the drawer slides into.  You will have to pull hard and possibly may break a part of the plastic drawer to open it.  The dispenser assembly looks like it is bowing in the middle and jamming up against the dispenser drawer.  If it jams up like that, you may need to replace both the drawer and dispenser assembly togther.
