I have a Pantech Renue P6030 and my little sister put a lock on the reset option. She doesnt remember it and I dont know it.. I called Pantech Support and they said to send it in but it would cost $39 and take up to 7 days.. Im sorry, but I cant go without my phone for 7 days.. Anybody know what to do. Also, there is no way to master reset it using the power and volume buttons. there is no home button.. Here's a link to the exact image of my cell phone.. You can finda different way to end call/ If you got to like call settings, it asks how you want to hang up. I only have to sldie my phone closed. can't help with teh resyt.

Screen flashes off and on while in a call

Set your Proximity Sensor off of your setup. I found mine under Display > P-Sensor Calibration. Follow instructions.
