You should try the latest version of Xmeye, called Xmeye Pro. Find it here https://www.xmeyepro.org/. It has fixed many bugs that still exist on the standard version.

Probably your phone only supports 2.4GHz wi-fi, which is slower than phones being sold today.

If your XMeye has a way to reduce the quality of the streaming video, try that.

Go to the manufacturer website of whatever web cam you have look for the install.

Ps the install will also install drivers for the web cam because that what runs the web cam on your computer.
