Talked to customer service. Thanks for the number. They so not make these remotes any more. But You do not need to buy a new jumper just remove the same jumper number from the ceiling fan. this is a very easy fix. Please do not buy a new seiling fan. You can even remove all the jumpers from the remote. Just make sure you remove all of them from both remote and ceiling fan.

This is a battery issue, you can buy a new battery, but if you still under your warranty, logitech will replace the remote. to buy a new battery go to:
