Intertherm does not offer a wiring diagram for the E1 series anymore. So I have included a link to the E2 series. They are very similar and you may find this service manual helpful for whatever problem you may be having.

Nordyne model #E1EH-015HA electric furnace blower with a Goodman 3 ton AC unit we cannot get the blower to work properly works in AC mode but reverses the blower motor in heat mode and burns it up

On your control card for your furnace check the fan motor taps for power supply with a multimeter for having the proper voltage. Most control cards have two wires to control fan speed in heat mode and another speed for cool mode operation. You can locate the normal wire colors on the control schematic (electrical drawing) to see if the wires are connected properly.

If your motor has been wired improperly you may have already damaged the windings in the motor and you will need to replace the motor. It only takes about a minute at the wrong voltage to burn a motor up.

You may have a bad capacitor. Most fan blower motors operate at different speeds in heat mode than cool mode and get their voltage applied to different windings in the motor to get different speeds. Most windings need a capacitor to get current and voltage back in phase to increase efficiency, but if the capacitor is bad the motor can run in one mode and can even reverse direction in another mode.

Sounds like I just figured out your problem, get a new capacitor.

I have a heating furnace problem. I need a wiring diagram for the model FEHB-015HA. We had to replace the heating elements and when we tried to hook the wires back up, the white connector(full of wires)...

Hello, Namalee -

I find that the Nordyne brand is what is called a "legacy brand" owned by Nortek Global HVAC.
https://www.nortekhvac.com/

That means Nortek owns the brand name and nothing is currently manufactured with the Nordyne name.

I have looked through the Nortek Global HVAC web pages and have not found any source for a wiring diagram for your model Nordyne furnace.

I suggest you telephone the company (headquaters in O'Fallon, Missouri - Central Time zone) and ask if the company can provide you with a wiring diagram or direct you to a reliable source for it. This is the toll free phone number I found on the Nortek website:

Intertherm E1EH-015HA FURNACE no heat

Sounds like a downflow electric furnace? If so it sounds like you have 15kw worth of electric heat, you might have a defective heating sequencer, witch is what they call a dual on one plate.
