You have to have an analog signal plugged in ant-1 input read below

Operation of PIP and POP
You can display programs from analog channels, analog inputs or devices as Picture-In-Picture (PIP) and Picture-
Outside-Picture (POP). The TV has a second analog tuner for non-scrambled analog channels received on Ant-1 and
will display them as the PIP/POP sub-pictures. Digital channels and devices can be shown as the main picture but
cannot be the sub-picture. PC screens can be viewed in the side-by-side mode.
Press PIP/POP to activate. With each press of PIP/
POP on the TV remote control (within 3 seconds of
each other), PIP/POP will cycle through the following
display options:

How to download the internal memory of my Panasonic Lumix DMC T27 to the memory card

Go to previous view pics in internal memory, select the pic and then "move"at SD Card (work in some models).

Other possibilitie, take off the SD card and connected the camera at pc, open explorer software and copy/paste the pics from camera at one folder in the pc. Verify that the pics are saved and secure, so, delete the files in the internal memory. Turn off and unplugged the camera.

Then, take on SD card inside camera and reverse procedure, copy/paste from pc to SD card (like a external device).

Hope helps.

Im trying to sync pics and ringtones to my phone but its not working

if your phone has bluetooth activate it and make it visible. If your PC has bluethooth do the same and it should find the phone automatically. After it does you can send pics and ringtones to the phone from the PC. You can also view the pics/ringtones on your phone, as you do you should have a menu feature to let you send them via bluetooth. Hope this helps.

Can't receive pic and sound with the converter box.

The tv should be on channel 3. Otherwise, you can go to menu on tv, then find "autoprogram" and it will search all available channels. Usually tv should be on channel 3 if hooked up with a coaxil cable and aux or AV or Input if you are using rca jacks.
