Did you know Moen faucets are warranted for life? You should go to
Moen's website to identify the faucet you have and then contact them directly. They will ask you when you purchased and / installed the faucet but will not ask for a receipt or other proof of purchase. If the faucet was installed by a previous owner and registered by them - that warranty will be void unless you installed the same faucet after you bought the home (renovation, etc.).
All parts and tech support are FREE from Moen and if your faucet is being phased out, they will offer you a choice of faucets from their current line up (similar to the one you have) for very short money (I paid less than $50 for mine).
