problem is either from the flex or from the screen. The water has damaged it or maybe it is just a coincidence. But problem lies between the screen and flex.

Oh I did the same thing not too long ago! There is no way to fix it, but it will start working again eventually.

Have it taken to a technician and ask if you can have it cleaned with an CRC Electronic cleaner availiable at any hardware store.
Even better if you have a precision tool set. DYI. clean with a toothbrush.

have the phone check at a repair center and have them test the camera the problem sould be from the board.

i have the same problem, only mine was spelt in beer. oppps :( but i know this also happens to my friends phone and she told me to take the battery out for about a night or so and see what happens!! who knows, we will find out together i guesssss!

HOW LONG AGO HAS IT BEEN SINCE YOU DROPPED IT IN WATER THE RULE OF THUMB IS 48 HOURS TO GIVE THE ELCTRNICS TIME TO DRY IN A HEAT SORCE THE BEST YOU CAN DO IS TO HOPE THAT THERES NO CORROSION ON ANY OF THE ELECTRONICS AND THAT IT DRYS OUT IF NOT THEN YOU'LL HAVE TO SEND IT IN TO GET IT SERVICED

this happened to me for more then 3 seconds in water for the razor, turn off the phone, remove the battery and SIM card, let it sit in a dry place over night, and check again next day, it should be fully functional

you need to reset your phone. go to settings and look for the master reset. it will ask you a pin code to enter. after reset, the phone will restart if not just turn-off your phone and turn it on again. all will go back to factory settings.
