Hi,
As i can understand whenever you try to print with rear door closed printed page should come on top from top output roller however paper gets jammed.
Solution:
Try to print a page using rear door open and it should come out from the rear drop down tray it printed page comes out successfully with rear flap open than paper gets jammed at top due to faulty top output roller.
However if the paper gets jammed at fuser with rear door closed than it is issue with fuser in that case you need to get fuser replaced at the same time replace 20 tooth gear next to fuser.

Thanks and Regards

SOURCE: I just replaced the Fuser

First, make sure that both wire connectors on the right side of the fuser are seated correctly.
Then, see if there is paper sticking a little way out of the fuser. If so, chances are the exit sensor in the fuser is not functioning correctly.
You can put the old fuser back in and verify this if no error codes come up.

SOURCE: I just replaced the Fuser as well as a new Toner

The problem is in the fuser exit sensor wich is behind the rear cover of the printer.Take of the rear cover and look if the lever of the paper sensor is in the wright place(the end of the lever should be between the two diods of the sensor). If the lever is in wrong position the printer will think that there is paper jam. If you need any other help please write to me. Please vote if this was helpfull.

SOURCE: I'm looking for HP LJ P3005 formattar board

Take the right cover off(it slides back)
The metal piece you now see is the formatter cover.
YOU HAVE UNPLUGGED THE PRINTER. Yes!!!
Open the cover, lift it off the hinges.
Disconnect three cables. I believe that two of them are ribbon cables, please be carefull. Remove the six screws.Pull the left side of the formatter out slightly, and then slide it towards the front of the machine.

Reverse the process to install the replacement. Center the ribbon cables on the connector and gently push them in. Don't force them.

SOURCE: In HP LJ 3055 MFP

This seems to be fault in the transport of the paper in the rollers. So if you have used any adhesive sticker printing, it is possible that some glue has got clogged into the rollers. If not there can be some jammed paper in the rollers or the mechanism.
So start this work only if you are mechanically able with the right tools.
Remove the covers to get access to the mechanism . Remove the motor drive assembly , the fitting of the motor to the mechanism. Once this is removed the rollers can be turned manually so that you will be able to feed a paper to see the progress of the movement while studying if there is any obstruction or damage to the paper.
There is a in-detect sensor, usually an opto-coupler , make sure this is not clogged or dirty as this IR detection feeds the signal to the processor for starting the motor drive feed.
Reassemble but make sure the rollers are aligned to be in equal gap to feed the paper without a side pull. Now you must print and see if the fault has changed. If not repeat the above work to confirm the area of obstruction.

I have recently had a paper jam in my HP Laserjet 100 color MFP M175a printer.getting the error message "jam in output bin. Open rear door and clear jam"

You should check inside the fuser at the back of the printer. Probability is that there is a folded sheet or fragment of paper still in the fuser. It may be readily accessible in which case open the tensioning clips either side and carefully pull the offending item free. If you can't get at it, the fuser may need to be removed and dis-assembled.

How do I solve this problem? My hp LJ 4345 printer experiences intermittent paper jam in fuser(accordion-like) with half of the paper out of the fuser. We've replaced the fuser with a new one but the

This error can be caused by the following:

1. Fuser that is close to end of life. Maximum print quantity is 225,000 pages.

2. poor quality paper, very thin paper never feeds well and will jam.

3. Printing an image that is almost entirely black can cause the paper to buckle before entering the fuser.

Try different paper to see if that resolves the problem.

HP LJ P2015DN making noise/squeaking

Hi,
As you mentioned that the printer makes loud grinding noise or squeaking when page comes out than i feel this is the noise coming out due to faulty fuser.
I want to be sure so please open the rear bin and try to print if still noise comes than i m sure it is fuser.
If there are smudges on the printed page or if some film coating is coming out with printed page than fuser roller are physically damage.
However in this case i assume fuser is faulty.
If there opening the rear bin noise goes off than top output rollers are faulty.
