You can find the remote control codes for different brands
of devices from
http://www.hifi-remote.com/ofa/codes-tv.shtml#tv
If none of the codes work then we have two other solutions:
1. Searching For Your Code
If you have tried all of the set-up codes for your brand of equipment ,or your
brand is not listed, and you are still not able to get the unit to respond, try
the following procedure to search for your code.
If you don't find a code that works, the remote will flash four times when you
reach the end of all the codes for this device type.
Make sure that the remote is pointed at your device during the search, You
may have to press this sequences of buttons up to 100 times to search the
entire library of codes.
2. Learn the buttons from the original
Line up your original remote and the head-to-head before completing the
following steps.
Now you can repeat steps 3 through 5 to learn other functions onto other keys
or press and hold SETUP until the Cinema's red light flashes twice to lock in
your new feature. (If the red light does not blink twice, stop and repeat steps
through 6).
To test the new feature, press and release the device key in which the new
feature was learned followed by the key on which the feature was learned

Tell your local comcast office there to give you one of the remotes that has a red ok button on it. That remote will work with haier tv's. They take 5 digit codes and for haier tv's the codes are 11034, and 10768. You simply press tv then hold down on the setup button and enter one of those two codes. One should work.
I called Haier and was told their TV's do not work with any other remote other than one that is supplied so universal and satellite remotes are out. Not a good company to choose for the way technology is headed and will be gone before long if they do not get with it.
We have a haier TV HTR-022
we forget the code of the remote control if u have solving our problem with best regards
bedar
I encontered the same problem with my old 13" Haier tv i bought back in
2001. I bought a Radio Shack Family Favorite 5-in-1 remote for $14.99
since it was the only one that listed Haier. That code was 1034. Try
that.
That didnt work for me unfortunately, so I referred to a
combination of the troubleshooting of the 2 previous models (4-in1 and
3-in-1).
1. Press "TV" button
2. Hold "P" (program button) till the "TV" button flashes once then twice
3. Enter 9 9 1, and the "TV" should flash twice
4.
Aim the remote at the TV and hold the Power button down for at least 3
seconds. (Remote automatically goes to first code but it probably wont
work so go on to step 5)
5. Press CH+ repeatedly till the TV shuts off and stop immediately!
6. Hold "P" for 2 seconds
7. Hold "Select" for 2 seconds
8. Hold "P" for 2 seconds
9. Hold Power for 2 seconds and TV should turn back on.
If
not. Repeat steps 1 thru 9. I know it sounds tedious but its the best
bet. It took me three tries because my finger slipped and hit other
buttons or I didnt stop when it shut off. I spent 3 hours looking for
codes online and nothing worked.
Replacement on the Haier website is $19.99 plus a load in shipping. This beats that!
Good Luck!
SOURCE: remote codes
Most remotes have a "Search for Code" or learn function. However, since Comcast currently supports 8 different types of remote controls, your best bet is their website. This link takes you to all of the remotes they currently support, find your remote and click on the View Manual link next to it.
http://www.comcast.com/corporate/customers/customer_support/remotes.html
More than likely you will have to use the "Search for Code" option, as I did not see your particular TV brand on the few that I checked.
Follow these steps to program the remote control.
NOTE: If more than one code number is listed for the manufacturer, repeat the procedure, entering one code at a time until you find one that works.
