SOURCE: DPAC 13009 portable air conditioning problem

Remove your remote control on the unit, follow the manual step by step. First, do the emergency on/off button, then operate the air conditioning using the remote control, follow the procedure of your manual. You may notice a clicking sound of your remote control. The yellow/green color of your emegency on/off button will turn to blue. Do not put it back your remote control on the unit because he may sense the temperature of the vent, and your air conditioning will not stay on, it will shut off every five minutes. Your problem is solve.

Owners manual for cpf12xhl-uv-p

In the back of your unit, there may be a black cover that gets screwed off, a drain hose can get attached here, also, if your unit is plugged into any kind of surge protector or extension cord, try direct to wall, you may hear a beep, this is good, then try to power unit on, if it has different modes start slowly on fan mode, then adjust to a/c mode to see if it quits. i hope this helps you. Good luck.

Unit has been working but suddenly stopped and won't turn on. what is the problem?

Look for a little compartment of slot for a fuse or a reset button. Do you have the owners manual? That might give you some solutions as well.

All of a sudden it stopped working. The display now only blinks STOP. I tried unplugging it, resetting it, pushing the on/off button. Nothing happens, it just keeps flashing STOP. Very frustrating

I had the same problem until i opened the drain and got it nice and clear. Pushed the reset button and now it works, hopefully thats what fixes your problem.

Haier window air conditioner

I suggest you check the ground of the wall socket. Many three proung sockets are not grounded.
