I was in the middle of a bonus round on double down casino (European vacation) and it shut off and when I returned to the game it did not resume or give me my points. I don't know what is going on with this game but I think you are trying to cheat people. Also I purchase packages but usually make nothing off of the them.

Unfortunately, you cannot restart a game by the same account.Even if you remove the application and go to it again, it will remember you.
But what you CAN do is:1) Make another profile. (I'm sorry, this way's annoying, I know)2) Invite friends, send them gifts so that they'll send them back.
