Do you have an old VCR? because they used to work around this channel. If not forget what I said. If so, try changing the output, or if you don't use it, put it somewhere else.
by reading your problem the main thing is that your tuner of the tv is faulty or it can not tune the specific frequancy of the channel and its audio frequency just replace your tuner card

I know you can that you can change this by simply hooking up a scan tool for specific year. There are language options accessible for situations like this. Here is a sample of what can be changed using VAG 5052 or equivalent scanners.

I haven't ever used this program but it sounds like you have your MIDI channel assigned to the wrong number. The default MIDI channel for drums is channel 10. Assign the track you are trying to play drums from to channel 10 in your program.
once a signal falls below a certain threshold the color will be lost. some sets are more sensitive to this loss. if you see static in the picture on any of the channels then the cable is leaking and needs replaced /tightened. if a local air broadcast is leaking into a same cable channel on the cable you will get poor to no reception on that channel. for example : he we have a local channel 7 on the air. if i tune to cable 7 and see a weak or distorted pic then the cable is leaking and needs replaced.

when you say flickering??? are you saying the screen goes black and comes back on?? does the sound go out at the same time and comes bag on with the pic ? Is the sound there when this happens but is distorted. Is the pic blacked out or is it greying out with lines and twisting?? Need more info please as if its blacking out and the sound goes with it it may be going into shutdown. If the pic is getting kinda greyish with it twisting and the sound is there and ditorted then the tuner could be bad
