aw free internet help! blank pages..laser scanner control board has died. if you have another, pop it in, do a test.
or the toner is defective. make sure all connection on the sides are clean.
first confirm it that u hv pull out the strip from the tooner
second the tooner sitted properly pls check the grounding connectors touches the tooner properly.
third one the suttor of scaner *** not open properly call hp engr for this problem.
Try a replacement toner cartridge first.If this fails, then i suspect it's a laser scanner fault. The error denotes beam detect error which is more than likely a laser scanner fault

but i read your problem accidently and i had the same problem with my laser jet..
check the order list (in you PC screen in the right end of the START bar there is a little printer ...)click on it
and if you find a printing order of a blank page delete it...if not
then its not the same problem and am sorry i can't help any more..
If ink is ok , then you may need to reinstall printer drivers.
Unplug printer USB. Go to control panel>>Installed printers and delete existing printer installation. Reinstall printer driver software using printer CD.
