You need MOTOROLA PHONE TOOLS V5 to access ZN200.
If you have it then go to your mobile's MENU>SETTINGS>USB & select USB MODEM.I think it fix your problem.

You need at least MOTOROLA PHONE TOOLS 5.0 version.Go to the Settings of this phone.Then go to USB option. Then select USB Modem.I think it will work. If not then I think you have a problem with Data Cable or the data cable point.
