Error 1 - Start up error. This is caused because the belt was commanded to move and the opto (speed sensor on the motor) has not seen any movement or the belts movement was interrupted prior to it reaching its commanded speed. To fix Verify opto operation in Diagnostics, Motor Test

This error shows up if motor controller detects a failed part. This isn’t a reset-able error. Treadmill will not allow workouts until serviced.
Solution
Main motor wires/leads could be disconnected at the start of a workout. If the motor is properly connected and in working condition then the drive transistor could have failed. Check Motor Controller.
Then tight the flexible cords from keypanel vs display board( clean the keypane with spray from contact cleaner. then tight the connector from display board vs main motor controller. Remember the main motor controller has aprox 90% of functions of any treadmills.
