Question about General Electric RCA-25424RE1 4-Line Corded Phone
We have three phone line but only one phone cord that's connected to our current phone system, but we are upgrading to the RCA. there's only one problem, the RCA has two separate ports for 4 line two phone lins in each. but when i plugged our current line into the RCA there's an error message, it won't support it. so we disconnected the phone and hooked it to one phone with a regular phone wire it works and rings one line 1. what do i need to connect all of our line into the RCA
Your old phone my have been for a digital phone line. The new phone only works on traditional telco analog. There are adaptors that your phone company has to make the line analog.
