I have compaq presario m2000,my laptop speaker clamor problem, so i was bought new speaker then installed new speaker it was same clamor problem in my laptop. Then i sent warranty. They sent me new speaker and installed the speaker again same problem. so now what can i do, pls help me.

I have compaq presario m2000 (now retired at HP)

this old PC is 13 years old, it's not supported at HP now.
finding software to run in it is a horrible process. (xp or vista)
why buy a used 13year old PC? not buy 7 or less for max future usage? with W7/w8/w10 onboard and working ...???
it is not new at all, for sure. (and nobody warrantee's pc this ol)

my guess is this.

1. The internal speakers are dead or sound bad, so ....
2. you bought external speakers, and they fail too....
3. you then fail to test the external speakers (they are powered and must be powered with power pack) on another known good PC of any kind and IT fails there too, oops bad speakers end story, but this time they work. I guess, here.
4. so the external speakers test good on other PC so you then check what OS is there, XP? XP is dead now, Microsoft killed XP over 4 years ago, and drivers to make your unknown soundchip work is not easy for anyone even a genius.
5. That is because HP has none, MS has none now and only scaplers and malware sites sell them now.

Send the computer back for service if its in Warranty.
Try to use the Audio out on the side of the computer. Plug any external speaker into the port. If the sound you hear is the same as what comes rom the speakers then the sound module on the motherboard is defective. If the sound is normal, then the problem is in the wiring to the internal speakers.
