You need to configure your Touch i690 phone for 'Data' (e.g. Internet) - GPRS is data over 2G network and you need to get the specific GPRS (and MMS) setup from your mobile phone service provider. If your mobile phone is a model your Service Provider supports, they can also SMS you the required Data setups.

You should also ask them to check that data is allow on your mobile service but be warned that unless you get a Data allowance or buy an additional Data package.

Its simple, Just call you Cellular Network Operator's Customer Care & Tell them to Active Packet Data Connection on your Account. They will active service in short period & then you will enjoy Packet Data Connection on your Nokia 2700.

1. Call your customer center
2. Tell the to activate packet data or GPRS function in your mobile 
3. Please tell your mobile phone number and phone model number 
4. and they will activate it  
5. after that you will get packet data settings in your phone
6. Save it And restart your phone
7. Then it is active and you can browse internet in your mobile phone
8. Activation of packet data is a free service

All you need to do is call tmobile and have them do a master reset. This way you can register the APN to your own name and you can make up a new login. You just need to remember to call from a different phone when you do because Tmobile will ask you for numbers in the battery.

If you are still able to browse the web with browser but cannot access blackberry messenger or other services then this would suggest the blackberry data on your account has somehow become unavaliable.

Go into options from the menu and then status and read the status message by Blackberry Internet Service, if your message reads not connected you need to get back on at T-Mobile explaining that your phone is telling you it is not connected to BIS.
