Something you may want to try is start from the beginning. Check to make sure there are no other bluetooth devices loaded onto your phone that might interfere with the process. Turn off your phone. Disconnecting the battery of your mobile for 30 seconds and reconnecting helps to reset the phone. Yes, there is a way to adjust the volume on your Discovery 925 headset. See page iv to locate volume control button and page 8 for the instructions in this link for the Plantronics Discovery 925 User's Guide.

1. Tap Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Search.
2. The available devices will display.3. Tap to select the desired device.4. Tap Pair to pair the device.5. Enter password > OK. (should be 0000)

Make sure both devices are fully charged. Turn off your phone and disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds (this helps to reset the phone). Make sure there are no other bluetooth devices interfering with the connection. Turn off your headset and carefully follow the pairing instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Discovery 925.

Turn on Bluetooth within your phone - Consult phone instruction booklet

Put phone into pairing mode - Consult phone instruction booklet

Put headset into pairing mode - With headset off, press and hold Call Control Button
until the headset begins to flash red and blue.

Select "Add new device" on your phone.

Select the Plantronics headset when prompted. Enter "0000" as passcode.

Your 925 headset will now have a continuous blue light blinking.

Choose "Yes" if your phones asks if you want to bond to the 925 headset.

Your phone is now paired with the Plantronics 925 headset and ready for use.

set your phone to discovery mode. press and hold the button inside of the diamond until it flashes blue and red. once you do that, your phone should see it. Pair it to your phone by putting in code. 0000.
