This same problem was on my grandma's television once she got a cable box recently. she has time warner cable. we called time warner and explained this to them, and they said it was something with the update.. and the lady said you can reset the box, but it is best for the cable company to reboot the cable box. within a matter of minutes, the company reset her box and the numbers were no longer an issue. so it's just a matter of resetting your cable.
It is the model number of your remote. Hold down the 'LAST' button for 5-6 seconds to see it or hide it.
To reboot the cable set-top box.
There are two ways to reboot a cable set-top box. The most preferred way is option 1.
1. You can reboot a cable set-top box by disconnecting and reconnecting the power to the cable set-top box.
2. You can reboot a cable setup box from the front panel of the cable set-top box.Turn off your cable set-top box (using either the remote or the button on the front of the box).
Carefully unplug the power cord from either the wall or the back of
the cable set-top box. If it is plugged into a power strip, turn off
the power strip at the switch on the top of the strip. Wait 30 seconds.
Restore the power. Either plug your cable set-top box back in or
turn the power strip back on, but do not turn your cable set-top box
back on. Wait 2 to 4 minutes until the green LED digital clock reappears on the front of the cable set-top box with the correct time.
Once the correct time has appeared, press and release the power
button on the converter or by using the remote to turn it back on.To Reset box manually via the cable box press and hold the Vol+, Vol-, and Info buttons on the front of the converter. This will automatically reboot the box.

You need to replace both of the convergence IC's and any bad resistors around them that protect them from damaging the power supply.
This repair can usually be done in the home and takes about an hour; I have done hundreds of them and now is a slow time of year for TV shops; look around if you are not able to do this repair; you can buy the chips on Ebay for less than 15 dollars for a pair plus shipping.
This is a very common problem in projection sets.

My hitachi 57f500a wont turn on i pulled the back off and there are only one green light on and the relay keeps clicking when the relay clicks another green light flickers and the red one come on and goes off.

SET uses two of the STK-392-150 convergence chips for this, both need to be replaced and set adjusted.
Parts cost on EBAY will be under 25 dollars. I can help if you are do it yourself person. A shop will get 250-300 for this but you can do it for much less.
