Sounds like the blue is disappearing from your picture. A common cause of this is bad solder connections which can cause the blue signal to be lost at several places. It could also be due to picture tube failure. Sadly, I'm leaning toward tube failure because of your description. Bad solder connections usually take some time to start acting up after you turn on the set, but you say this happens every time within a few seconds. This is typical of a picture tube failure where an internal connection is okay until the tube heats up, and that takes only a short time. A service shop could check the set to make a firm diagnosis, but if the tube is the culprit you should replace the TV. It's not economical to consider tube replacement.

Toshiba 46 inch regza yellow light blinks and picture wont come on but I have full audio

Most likely the power supply board needs to be replaced. It could also be the T-con board or less likely the display itself.

If you don't know what you're doing, DON'T OPEN THE TV UP TO FIX IT, THERE ARE HAZARDOUS VOLTAGES ON THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD, EVEN WEEKS AFTER THE TV IS UNPLUGGED!

If you don't know how to do it yourself, find some local Electronic repair shops, get quotes, try to find reviews on the shops.

56 in toshiba rear projection tv. When u turn it on the green light comes on and a yellow light flashes 15times followed by a click sound. No picture. What does this mean?

Try going to www.toshiba.com to research your problem and what the 15 flashes of the yellow light means. Try unplugging your TV from the wall for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in. This will re-boot your TV (like re-booting your computer). If still no picture, if could be your bulb, motherboard or color wheel.
