Need drivers for MIO C220

I am having a hard time finding drivers to download and I know longer have the CD that came with the device I am needing to update my GPS

I have a Mio Digiwalker C220 and I need to update the Maps. I lost the CD that came with the device. Is ther any place where I can download these drivers for free? Is there another way to update the maps...
I hate these things but they do sync with microsoft. I was unable to find a proper driver too but did find out that MS SYNC

How can I get a USA map for my Mio C220 GPS? The map that came with the C220 is only for Canada. A CD-ROM included in the package has a USA map, but only for the major cities. Thanks Andreas

My GPS is missing most maps & I cannot seem to transfer from cd
the maps are on the 1gb sd card in the side of your c220 unit.
If it's missing, get a 1gb sd card and find a computer that will accept sd cards and your cd that came with your gps, then download the maps from the cd to the sd card.
Your c220 only has 4 states on the unit itself.

The c230 has all the maps on the unit but only 1 million POIs versus 3 1/2 million on the c220

Mio c220 sat nav update
You have to find someone who bought a Mio C220 with europe maps on their cd that came with their unit. You can download map from their cd using a 1gb sd card plugged into your computer.
Or try Ebay.

C220 mio map upgrade victoria/australia. can you help
the c230 has the maps imbedded in the gps. Your CD that came with it has maps to dowmload to your gps through a USB cable. It does not have other countires.

Map download
you need a cd with New Zealand maps. I suspect the cd you have has canada maps.
Call MIO and ask if they ever had New Zealnd maps.

I have a Mio C220 that does not power on even though battery is charged. Will not work off of battery or plugged into cigarette lighter. Bought it in Nov. 07 but have lost box, receipt, software, and all...
Mio wants people to know, especially the folks who recently bought the Mio C220, that you need to put the SD card in the unit for it to work. The Mio C220 has the maps on the SD Card, and it seems that not everyone knows to put the SD card in the unit before firing it up. No SD card means no working GPS.
Mio Says:
1. Before you power on your C220, insert the SD Card firmly into the slot on the right side of the device
2. Once the SD card has been inserted into the device, power on your C220 by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds.
