Hello Friends, my name is Jolana and I would like to ask you if it's OK to buy a Kitchen Aid Heavy Duty Mixer in Canada and send it to Slovak Rerpublic in Europe. I know that there must be done some conversion because they have different electricity but is it still OK to do it? The mixer costs there a $ 1.000.00. Or would you know about some store in Toronto area where they sell those appliances with europien plugs? Thank you very much, God bless you. Jolana

kITCHEN AID ARTISAN 325 WATTS TILTING HEAD PIN CAME OF WHILE MIXING DOUGH. HOW IS THE EASIEST WAY TO INERT PIN BACK OR LINE UP THE HOLES TO INSERT PIN?.
Disassembly and inspection is the only way to verify what it is. It sounds like you are correct. I have bought parts very reasonably on line and repaired our K/A mixer. The better sites ( I think I used appliancerepair.com) have exploded diagrams. If you are tearing into yours, these are invaluable, and when you get to the broken part, you'll have a name for it.
