You can replace those rollers. They wear smooth very quickly. In a pinch you can also peel them off the hub and put them on inside out. It will give it traction. It sounds like you already know about the little sensor in the trays themselves. I've seen them pop out of position and cause those probs. I don't think they could have made those sensors any cheaper if they had tried!
Can be tricky people usally damage the fuser rollers removing this jam with pliers/tweezers, it has concertined and stuck after fuser rollers and before exit rollers it will be stuck on the switch best bet is to dismantle properly and remove fuser then dismantle fuser and remove jam, another thing to be concerned about is why did it, three seneraros, Damp paper going threw fuser dries and crincles(use fresh paper from sealed packet), fuser is worn(have fuser replaced), just a bad bit of paper (just have fuser jam removed. Fusrr runs on 240v, covers break easy

Well thats what we did to beging with at the begining we have that problem we cut it down to 80% less jam the labels and wbands, and move tray to the bottom tray...
we are working on the problem if I get a solution from the Lexmark Eng. Ill posted here and thank you for taking the time.
Once I found out, the bottom tray have sensor's that cous the printer to stop printing. so I change the TRAY assambly and is working very good less jamming.
Yes I set the media correctly, and the plain paper we found the problem... the little rollers from the trays they have to be clean, if they where use before on teh wristband, we clean it alcohol, and works move the the tray wristband to the first tray. and is working a lot better. , Guys thank you for your suggestions.
Before you print, do you set the print media to plain paper?
The labels and wristbands don't jam, but plain paper does? What if you move the plain paper to a different tray?
