After shifting treadmill dismental and after assembled computer displaying notify maintenance

if new , call the service agent for a warranty fix
if used call an electrician

I would suggest swapping the consoles to see if the problem follows. If this does not help you figure it out, you are more than likely looking at a wiring issue.

1) You must shure the treadmill is complete o.k assembled.
2) Not losing parts.3) Try to put some math under the treadmill.
4) Lube the treadmill 5) See if there are Noise with main motor bearing6) Roller bearing 7) Execute maintenance regular according with the instruction manual agenda.

I own a gym and have 5 9500's...unfortunately it sounds like it the motor controller board which is around $800. National gym supply or sprotsmith has the part.

first tell me what else appears after the message "notifies maintenance" if you press the enter key "will show what the error log. it would be easier to help. For details, send me an E-mail to [email protected]

Does this treadmill have a wax system ? If it does it will have side access panels on the side just above the rear leveler. The picture that shows here does not but need to be sure it does not really need wax.
If it does not have a waxer- enter maintenance settings on display console,I do not have one in front of me but I believe you hold pause button down and press clear twice. This should bring up maintenance settings.
Scroll using up down arrow untill you see replace wax bag or something to that effect. select [enter ] to save. press clear clear to restart.
