You need to download the "Mobile phone tools" CD. Install and follow the instructions of the program.

hey sorry to say it may b wrong of wht im saying, if it is sorry.. In my point of view there is only motorola cd which will guide you to go into d internet... ie through d cd first u must install d software in pc and then connect the mobile to the pc through data cable... so u can open directly the internet from the software which u have downloaded in the pc.. 
 the above solution is for only when gprs is activated in  airtel phone... and not for airtelive....

liltupac, it comes with iSync / OS X 10.4. For an Address Book (SMS) driver, download and install my L6 driver. iSync works good and it's free.
