It's likely just the hose to the pressure (water level) switch that has come loose or fallen off. Remove the console screws and flip back the console to get access to the pressure switch and the connections. If the connection end of the pressure switch hose looks "stretched", trim 1/4" off and re-seat it.
If the hose looks ok (no cracks or splits), check the other end of the hose which connects to the side of the tub.
The see if the pressure switch is faulty, remove the pressure switch hose and attach a small hose to the pressure switch. Blow into it gently and listen for "clicking". Test with a fill to see if the switch shuts off the water valve.

Let me know if you need more assistance. If so, please post your model number.
Good luck!

Remove the back of the control panel and look for the clear hose that runs to your water level switch. Either blow or use a small blast of compressed air down in it. That should clear a clog in the cup at the bottom of your tub and retry. if no luck than replace the water level pressure switch. Powder detergents like to clog this hose.

Breville barista express pump won't stop? How to fix

Things you might try but turn it off before attempting repair.:

Check the flow meter and sensor: Open the machine and locate the flow meter and the sensor. Unplug the sensor and check the cables for any loose or rusty connections. Clean the connector and plug it back in.

Replace the flow meter and sensor: If the problem persists after checking and cleaning the connections, consider replacing the flow meter and the sensor.

Use manual or program mode: As an alternative, you can use the manual or program mode to control the water volume.

My Rheem tankless heater has a E4 error code,how do I fix it,,do I need a technician?

An E4 error code on your 45 model tankless water heater, indicates that there is an issue involving the flow meter sensor (also referred to as cold water temperature sensor.) This means that the flow meter is not sending a signal to the computer which starts the machine.

Possible broken wire, poor connection or faulty sensor.

Halfway into wash cycle fe code appears, we can select drain & spin cycle and it will finish. how do we fix

The FE error code indicates an Over Flow Error. The machine thinks that the water level is too high in the tub.

There could be three causes to this problem.
1. The water level sensor is bad.
2. One of the solenoids is bad, either hot or cold.
3. The main circuit board is bad.

My 1998 coast spa has three small lights flashing and the pumps will not come on

3 lights usually means you have an issue with the flow sensors. Can't remember exactly, but there's two issues: pump is on and sensor not reading flow or not enough flow to register. Normal reason for this is to check
  • Dirty filter
  • Closed valves
  • Not enough water in tub
  • Plugged impeller
  • Falling / failed flow sensor
Or... Sensing flow, but pump is NOT on, so there's no way for the sensor to be reading flow!

First of all measure the water pressure and the flow from the hot water side of the unit. IT could be a bad sensor and that is all. Let me know what the flow is and the pressure. YOu can use a gallon jug to measure the flow and a pressure guage is not that expensive at a hardware store.

My heater turns on (h100) runs & heats about 20 seconds then turns off

That could be a problem with the ignition sensor. If the sensor fails, the heater won't be able to sense that there is a flame. It thinks the gas is flowing freely without being ignited and cuts the flow of gas as a safety precaution. If you're comfortable tinkering, first CUT THE POWER AT THE BREAKER, then remove the cover and check and clear all the wire connections. Sometimes it's not a faulty sensor but rather just a loose / dirty connection. If that doesn't fix it, call a service tech to check/replace the sensor.

I have a nortiz 063-s tankless, and it won't stay on...I'm thinking it's the computer, please help

There are several things I would look for:
-Flashing burner light (indicates an error code)
-Trying flowing more hot water. In the summer alot of times you'll flow less hot water because your cold water is warmer. If you flow additional hot water at your shower, it will ensure the unit stays firing
-If the unit doesn't fire at all, you may have debris in your cold water filter or a stuck flow sensor. Call tech support to help you with cleaning a flow sensor.
