remove cmos battery either notebook battery for 5 minutes. Connect the 2 pins for few seconds (NOT the battery), put them back and let's try....

This can be done by visting vendor website.

Please download the BIOS update utility from the following web site. You need to select you machine model number under BIOS button u can get the utility to download.

1_DISCONNECT THE NOTEBOOK FROM THE POWER CABLE
2_GO ON THE BACK OF UR PC LOOK FOR THE BIOS IT LOOKS LIKE A WATCH BATTERY
3_REMOVE IT FOR LIKE 30 SECOND THEN PUT IT BACK AND TURN ON UR PC BACK ON
P.S MAKE SURE ITS UNPLUG AND WITHOUT THE BATTERY CAUSE WE DONT NO POWER AT ALL DURING THE PROCESS..........
U LL BE ABLE TO GET ACCESS WITHOUT ASKING NO DANM CODE BUT IF YOU HAVE TIME PRESS F2 TO RESET IT WITH YOUR OWN CODE NEXT TIME IT TURNS OFF U DONT HAVE TO WORRY A BIT.

Hi, pravingoud89 The only thing you have to do is restart "Safe Mode". Reboot and start pressing F8 many times until you get the Windows Advance Menu. Select Safe mode, then after you see the logon screen (dont get scare about the things you see) you will find your user account AND the Administrator. Select the Administrator (usually doesnt have a password) and then go to Start - Control Panel - Users - select the user and click remove password. Restart normally and done!. You can reset the bios by jumping the header plugs within the computer, another way you can do it is by removing the small single cell battery from inside the hardware itself (not the one that charges the computer) Most modern day computers don't have the battery, so you may need to remove the battery that does hold the charge for the computer itself if it's integrated within the hardware and not a big bulky one that sits in the bottom of the laptops casing.
