To reset the chronograph hands on an Accurist 7344 watch, you will need to follow these steps:
Pull out the crown to the second click (time-setting position)
Press and hold the top button (located at 2 o'clock) until the chronograph seconds hand returns to the 12 o'clock position.
Release the button and then press and hold the bottom button (located at 4 o'clock) until the chronograph minutes hand returns to the 12 o'clock position.
Release the button and push the crown back in to the normal position.
It's important to note that these steps may vary depending on the specific model of your Accurist 7344 watch. If these steps don't work, refer to the manual or contact the manufacturer for more detailed instructions. Additionally, if the chronograph hands don't move at all, check the battery and make sure it's properly inserted and the watch is working properly after replacing it, if not, contact Accurist customer service for more assistance.
