Keypad lights work but no screen working - Sony Ericsson K850i Mobile Phone

i want to tell you to put it all in rice..but i guess that just works with phones

Hi,What causes the phone the screen of the phone to go black and the keypad light not coming on, is because the flex of the phone that is connected to the screen and allows the keypad to function is bad and will need to be replaced .When you replace the flex,the phone will work properly again.

This is due to the over use of it.it can fixed by changing the switch pad of it.

The LCD has probably gone out. A new lcd and be ordered on ebay for about $30. Or your local repair shop should be able to repair it for around $60 - $70

tke out the battery then get an eraser just rub the battery connector sideways....be careful not to dislocate the connector.....and put the battery back-in...u're phone work after this...just email me [email protected] if it works.....

Problem is not screen joanne. its your keypad. you have to replace the keypad and your touch will work again. buy original keypad only. tested by me.

quickly put it in a bowl of rice. this will draw out the moisture.

there is dim light on the screne

It might be problem with the display...Replacing the display will solve the issue.....
