Trying to calibrate our copier. Prints come out fine but color copies are a mess. When I start CopyCal, the printer prints out "Page #1" which I then put on the scanner and scan as the directions say to. Then it asks for "Page #2" to be put on the scanner to scan. I have no idea what Page #2 is. It never prints one out. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, there is no way to change language on Touch screen without calling Service. Best regards.

If you open the front door of the DC1250 and pull out the conveyor
unit, you will see the heater unit on your right hand side. We need you to
remove the heater cover (fastened by two screws). Once the heater cover is
opened, you will see a black long strip on your left hand side whereby you will
notice oil on it. Next you remove the fuser web (on the right hand underside
of the heater unit) whereby it will reveal the Upper heater roller and Lower
pressure roller. Please check if you see any oil stains on the Upper fuser
roller. If there is, it means the oil pump, oil pipe etc are working well (i.e
oil is supplied to the Upper roller).
Next we need you to check if there are any scratch marks on the Upper
Heater Roller. We need you to recall if you have had encounter or incidences
of paper jam at the heater unit whereby you pulled out the paper to clear the
jam. We are concerned that the upper roller may be scratched. From the print
out results, there is a fusing problem with the copier, which could be a result
of the fuser nip clutch and also the upper fuser roller.

Try using the PCL driver from the Xerox website, rather than the Postscript one supplied with the printer.
I had the same problem and installing the PCL driver solved it.
