I have asked several times for help with this problem, and always get an advertisement to BUY a Kindle. If there is no fix for the problem, just say so. I have a Kindle, and am trying to get answers a it. HOW DO YOU GET A FLASH APP DOWNLOADED ON A KINDLE FIRE HD? Don't give me the run around, just facts.

Suggest to be sure your Kindle is charged up. There are several generations of these devices. Search for reboot procedure online for example ... "reboot kindle 3rd generation".

The newer kindles all have the ads. It's a way to sell them cheaper. To disable you have to pay a higher price for kindle. I just live with it. Only a second or two delay.

The best thing to do is contact amazon.com, place cursor on Your Account, click your account at top of list. on the right you should see Kindle Help Home; click it and it will bring up info about your kindle. On the far left in a box is CONTACT US. Fill out the form and choose how they should contact you. If you leave your phone they will call back and talk you through how to fix the problem. They may ask the return so they can work on it. Amazon help is always free. You only pay if you have to return it.

if kindle technicians have worked on it and cannot fix the problem, ask for a refund and buy something that works
it is obviously "not fit for the purpose" and you will be entitled to a refund

After several attempts, it should prompt by saying " forgot password." Click on that and it will ask for your email. Then you will recieve a link to make a new one. I always put mine in my notes app.

Have you tried adding the program again? If you haven't spent a lot of money, you might want to download again. This will be a NEW game. Plays and score have to be loaded again, Ask the players to add you to their game again.

Contact kindle help desk and ask them what's wrong. They can and will fix it.

i never used a kindle . i have no knowledge of its engineering.
yet to me there seems to be many thing that you could check.
1 worn out lithium ion battery(the capacity of a lithium decreases if its charged at a high rate or just too many times).
2 burned out fuse in the charger(if so, then it's prolly a surface mount fuse)
3 the charger receptacle on the kindle has one or more cracked traces or solder joint on the PC board.(abuse causes the receptacle mounts on a lot of large things to fail)
wander if you tried a different charger? or with very light pressure, like handling a jellyfish, holding the charger interface plug in the receptacle at an angle(be careful not to do that too hard or too much cause thats what breaks em yet thats how you can tell).
lastly the battery can be replaced it you should ask a used computer tech how. i think it involves very very slowly and carefully slightly heating the whole unit to heat the contact adhesive to unstuck the battery without ripping open the plastic battery or destroying the unit.i have removed batteries but lots were destroyed. lol. i never used heat. just very slowly lift it and the adhesive releases over a period of several minutes or patients.

oh yea.. and very lastly.
you could try wiring a vapor pen charger directly to the terminals of the battery if can't find any fixable bad connections.

i say "vapor pen" charger, cause vapor pens use a very slow charge rate and it can extend the life of your battery greatly to charge it slowly instead of 2 amps or whatever and the charger units are like a buck on eBay.

The Kindle Fire Series 2 Tablet Demo Model number ZHS-1013 is locked down. These Kindle's are unbreakable, period. My development team has spent days trying to break into the demo units. We had limited success with extensive work and was only able to obtain Root after replacing the SD Card, which is a very difficult process. We used our package Kindle Fire First Aide for the process which is designed to do several different tasks on the Kindle including Root, full system restore and has scripts to reboot any Kindle Fire Series Two tablet into Fastboot (except a demo model released in the last 3 months).
