Vacuum leak somewhere? Check all vacuum lines and the blocks they connect to. Have you run the codes? don-ohio (:^)

check for loose connections in the controller box

check the shear pins on the tine shafts

Remove Download Accelerator Plus. If the problem goes away then don't use the accelerator again. they aren't really necessary on windows 7.

CHECK OUT VACUME LINES CLOSE GOOD LUCK

turn ignition switch on but don,t try to start the security light should be flashing walk away from vehicle and let sit for 10 to 15 mins. the security ligjht should stop flashing start car now you are done hope this helps

does it start and run at idle in park.
it is probably either a vacuum leak or an idle air control valve,
if it misses and runs rough before it dies maybe a vacuum leak.
if it just idles too low, the iac valve

Laser issue is a commom problem on the ps2.The laser actually is controlling the spinning as well on ps2 machine and on the new ps3 too.
When the disk start, the spinner receive a kick back from the laser and after then that start the normal operation.
If the laser don`t send any impulse to the spinner the machine recognize a danger situation ang go on protection and stop the spinning process.
Replacing your laser will certanly solve your problem.
