The blurring could be caused by the type of paper being used. Or, too much paper being in the printer. It can also be caused by substances adhering to the ribbon (where one is part of the setup). Then there is a potential problem with a fuser in a laserjet.
The conversion ics are probably going bad another common problem with this unit is fluid leakage on the convergence module this might be the problem also you must start out by seeing if that is the case both problems are repairable
Look inside behind where the carriage is, the plastic strip behind the carriage probably has an ink or grease spot right where you see the blurred letters. Wipe that strip carefully with a Q-tip moist with alcohol, and the blurs should go away...
I called Kodak and they are sending me a new printer head at no charge! Can't get any better then that. Man I talked to was very nice, knowledgeable and polite.

U get blurry picture and words that are printing double.this is not problem with u r Installation .it is due to print cartridge please check printer with ok cartridges ,it should be working ....
