I have a Kocaso M870 and I have only had it since May 2013 and it went off yesterday and just won't come back on !! I t was charged when it went off and I have pushed the reset,(even tho I did't want to) and it still won't come on,What do I do??? Does the warrenty cover this,and how do I find out since the warrenty info was not in the brand new sealed box???

I can tell you now that unless you paid for an extended warranty it will now be up. So unless you paid for a 5 year warranty you have no chance of it being fixed unless you pay someone to do it.

Sounds like your battery is shot. If it goes to far past dead, it will not power up even plugged in. Go to a battery store/Best Buy etc. and see if they have one you can use to try. Certain battery types can not go under 25% of a charge or they will not charge again correctly and vice versa. Just a short in the dark but hope that fixes your problem
The reason you cannot do this is because the Kocaso M736 does not have a back camera on it. I know this because i went through the same thing as you when i got my Kocaso M736.
