Something seems to be wrong with your bootloader. what you need to do is
1. go to www.modmymoto.com and download the A3.CF bootloader which is the latest bootloader from motorola.
2. once you've done that, download the latest version of RSD Lite (you'll find it on google).
3. Install RSD Lite on your computer and open it up.
4. After the program recognises your phone, look for the bootloader that you downloaded and hit start. DON'T UNPLUG YOUR PHONE TILL THE ENTIRE PROCESS IS COMPLETE.
This should solve your problem.

This process can be risky, but it's the only way it'll work. For more information on installing the bootloader with RSD Lite, please read through the forums at www.modmymoto.com carefully.

Ps. After you've installed RSD Lite and opened it up, turn your phone on and connect it to your computer, make sure it's fully charged before you do so.

Interface won't come up

it is going into bootloader mode - someone did *#REDGREEN at sametime - simply take out the battery and put it back in then restart - if it's not working after that you will need to either bring it to a local repair shop or you can ship to us to do for you.
