To what make and model of camera does this somewhat incoherent query refer, please ? I know of no camera with handlebars and wheels - they are more usually found on a bicycle.
Check that you have put all the active wires back on to the battery. (Mine had 2 separate wires) Check the "kill" or stop switch on the handlebar hasn't been accidently turned on.
The battery compartment is on the back side of the headlight underneath the right turn signal button. Just look beside the forward reverse switch and down you will see the compartment. you have to turn the handlebars all the way to the left.
Disconnect the small jack plug from the small display unit on the handlebars. Remove the display from the handlebars undoing the two small screws, the gently prise the front of the unit of exposing the small printed circuit board on which there are two button batteries ( LR 54 available from ebay or almost anywhere else ) Replace batteries and reassemble to Bike
Water ingress is common. You can sometimes get away with a squirt of WD40 or similar which can loosen any corrosion and get the switch working again. If you have the confidence to then strip the switch gear down and clean the contacts with a bit of wet & dry paper.
HI, The is a screw behind readout Read out unit which we can see through a hole. Remove the the screw and detach out the back cover. Remove the battery wire for the socket and dismadle the battery. Buy a new battery with the same specification and install the new battery. Reattach the back cover and put the screw back. OK
Make sure the battery cables are clean and tight and that all the wires that go to the terminals are attatched. If all is good there, you probably have a bad battery. Do a load test on the battery, if the test fails, replace the battery. If the battery load test is good you may have other issues. Is the "RUN" switch on the handlebars in the run position? Did the low battery condition occur after sitting for some length of time? Has your charging system been functioning properly before this issue?
